Policies

On or before our first session, I ask my clients to sign a Service Agreement. This document summarizes the services, fees, and policies of Livable Spaces.

Cancellation/Reschedule  

Schedules change, emergencies happen, we forget appointments, etc.  I understand, but if a cancellation of a scheduled session is made less then 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time, it will result in forfeiture of half the scheduled hours of that session.  Any changes to the schedule must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the date scheduled. I will make every effort to honor reasonable requests for re-scheduling.

 

 

Payment Terms 

All packages must be pre-paid and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Package hours not used within 6 months of purchase will expire.

 

 

Travel  

A fee of $1 per mile (one-way) will be charged for locations more than 30 miles from Concord, plus any applicable tolls. If getting to your location requires I sit in traffic for an hour or longer, oneway, additional travel fees may apply.

 

 

Related Organizing Services  

Any materials and or outside “extra” services we mutually agree upon will be billed to you by Livable Spaces, including shopping time at your current package rate per hour.  Extra services are typically performed outside of your session time.

 

 

Donation Drop Off  

During the purging process clients often identify things that they wish to donate. I am happy to take these items to a local charity, and obtain a tax receipt for your records.
